Dr. Timothy Neavin grew up in New Jersey. From a very young
age, he had a love for sports and a fascination with the relationship
between the arts and sciences. He attended Kutztown
University on an football scholarship and graduated Rowan
University with honors where he made the Deans list seven consecutive
semesters, and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, graduating
magna cum laude. Dr. Neavin then moved to Philadelphia to attend
medical school at Jefferson
Medical College of Thomas
Jefferson University, where he graduated Magna Cum laude with
a Doctor of Medicine.
After earning his Medical Degree in Philadelphia, Dr. Neavin was
accepted to the plastic surgery residency at the University
of Pittsburgh Medical Center, a top-tier, intense, plastic surgery
program. Here, he honed his skills in all facets of aesthetic and
reconstructive surgery. Dr. Neavin also utilized his time at the
University of Pittsburgh to author and coauthor several publications
on aesthetic surgery and present at several regional and national
conferences on facial fillers, periorbital beauty, body sculpting,
and psychosexual effects of plastic surgery on women.
Dr. Neavin coauthored last year's lead article in the Aesthetic
Surgery
Journal, "Better Sex From the Knife?", a study looking
at the positive influences of plastic surgery on one's sex life,
which gained national media attention and highlighted on the Today
Show.
This past year, Dr. Neavin was asked to join the prestigious advanced
aesthetic surgery fellowship with Dr.
Richard Ellenbogen and Beverly Hills Body in Beverly Hills,
California.
