Our practice includes a wide range of plastic and reconstructive surgical procedures with the very latest surgical technology. We offer our patients the respect and top-level care they need to ensure the best results.
All clients interested in laser procedures or chemical peels are required to have a consultation with the physician before any procedures are performed. Unfortunately, laser procedures and chemical peels are not appropriate treatments for all skin types or certain skin conditions. Our staff will perform an in-depth consultation at the time of your consultation to determine if you are a candidate for the desired treatment.
- Consultations for plastic surgery procedures
- Liposuction, body lift, tummy tuck, breast augmentation, face lift, brow lift, rhinoplasty, as well as other cosmetic procedures
- Consultations for reconstructive surgical procedures
- Hand surgery, skin cancer treatment, wound care, breast reductions and general reconstructive surgery
We also offer non-surgical cosmetic procedures such as Juvéderm™, Restylane®, BOTOX®, chemical peels and prescription strength skin care.
Dr. Ellenbogen and his staff will work closely with each patient to develop an individualized plan of treatment. We are committed to providing the highest level of patient service in a specialized, compassionate and confidential atmosphere. Office Policies
All new cosmetic patients, or established patients seeking new treatment, are required to have a consultation prior to receiving treatment. Our consultation fee is $150 (applicable towards your surgical procedure). If a cancellation notice is not given 24 hours in advance, a $50 fee will be charged to your account barring any unusual circumstances. Note: any fees or deposits collected prior to a scheduled consultation can be applied to your treatment fees.
Please give at least a 24 hour notice for all cancellations. Fees or deposits may be charged for repeat late cancellations and “no shows” for scheduled appointments.
Children under the age of 16 are discouraged from accompanying adults who are receiving treatment.

Patient Forms
The following forms can be downloaded to your computer and printed at home. By filling out these forms ahead of time, you will save a significant amount of time during your visit. Please be prepared to provide this information to our office along with your current medical insurance information. If you have any questions when filling out these forms, please do the best you can and our staff will assist you with your questions on the day of your visit.
Return Policy
Beverly Hills Body Plastic Surgery will gladly accept the return of all retail products for an office credit or exchange only. All products must be new, unused, and contain the original packaging as well as the receipt dated within 7 days of purchase. No cash refunds. Exchanged products cannot be returned for exchange or refund. Policy is subject to change.
