Plastic Surgeon Dr. Richard Ellenbogen was the originator of fat grafting and fat transfer in the United States. His technique involves removing fat cells from unwanted areas of the body (waist, thighs, chin…) and re-inserting the fat to plump cheeks and lips, fill-in facial lines and give patients a more youthful appearance.

Dr. Ellenbogen has been voted one of the Top Plastic Surgeons in America by Town & Country Magazine.

Based in the Beverly Hills/Los Angeles area, he has been recommended by the Working Actors Guide and has won both the AMA and the CMA awards. He is Board Certified and has been in practice over 28 years. His other specialties besides fat graft and fat grafting include rhinoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation and enhancement, facelifts, eyelid surgery, chin implants, brow and neck lifts.
