40 year old male underwent facial rejuvenation that included neck lift, lower blepharoplasty and facial fat grafting. The neck lift was performed with only 1.5 inch incision under the chin where fat was removed and muscles tightened. There is NO incision behind or around the ears. This is a special technique of Dr. Ellenbogen.
