57 year old male that underwent facial rejuvenation that included a facelift, necklift, and facial fat grafting. Fat was injected into the cheeks, under the eyes, over the eyes, in the nasolabial folds, in the cheekbones, at the corner of the mouth, in the lips, and all areas of fat that were deficient due to loss and descent of fat in the male aging pattern.
